She integrates coaching and communications knowledge into her work with clients to help them move forward with new perspectives and new directions to realize their goals.
Mary is a highly successful business and government consultant with over twenty-five years of experience. In the public sector, she has developed internal change management programs, leadership communications strategies, and national social marketing initiatives. She has worked on international development projects, with the most recent being a five-year water resource management project in China where she is introducing coaching as an organizational approach to building and promoting essential internal communication channels. In the private sector, Mary works with leaders at all levels, providing them with strategic guidance around critical organizational conversations, and coaching them to improve their performance and build healthy business relationships.
Mary is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute in California (2001), has advanced training in organizational relationship coaching (2006), and holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies from York University Toronto (1983), where she focused on organizational change. She has created two successful small businesses and knows how to move from the initial business conversation to building a thriving professional practice.
Mary is a recreational athlete who enjoys a rich family life. She is a dedicated walker and skier, enjoys playing golf, and to keep her artistic spirit nourished, creates abstract mixed media paintings.
